Terms of Service
What this service is
Someone Should Build analyses publicly available complaints — app store reviews, forum posts, issue trackers — and groups recurring ones into scored summaries. Access to the full list requires a paid subscription.
What the scores are not
Scores and rankings are automated estimates derived from public text. They are not investment, financial, legal or business advice, and they are not a prediction that any product will succeed. Language models are used to summarise complaints and can misread or misattribute them. Verify anything before you act on it.
Subscription and billing
- Pro is $29 per month, charged in advance, and renews automatically.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change affects your renewal.
Refunds
If the service does not do what this page says it does, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion. Statutory rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected.
Acceptable use
Your account is for you. Do not share credentials, resell or redistribute the data in bulk, or scrape the service programmatically. We may suspend accounts that do, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
Availability
This is a small service run by a small team. We do not promise a specific uptime, and the data pipeline may pause or change. We will not deliberately reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have paid for.
Content and sources
Quoted text remains the property of whoever wrote it and is reproduced in short extracts, with a link to the source, to evidence the analysis. If you wrote something quoted here and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for business decisions made using this data.
