What we collect
The short version: your email address, and whether you are subscribed. That is it.

What we do not collect
No card details — Stripe handles payment and we never receive them. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cross-site cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
Analytics
We count visits using Umami, which runs on our own server and is served from this domain. It is not Google Analytics and it is not a third party — the data never leaves our machine and is never shared or sold, which is why no analytics provider appears in the list below.
It is cookieless. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites. What it records is aggregate: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, the type of device and browser, and which site or advert linked you here. We use it to see which pages work and whether the things we spend money advertising are worth advertising.
If you would rather not be counted, set umami.disabled to 1 in your browser’s local storage for this site, and the tracker will ignore you. Most content blockers stop it as well, and nothing on the site breaks if they do.
Who else touches your data
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription state.
- Resend — sends your sign-in links and the digest.
- Cloudflare — sits in front of the site and sees request metadata.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
The analysed content
The complaints we analyse are public posts and reviews written by other people. Author names are stored only where the source published them publicly, and are not displayed. If something you wrote appears here and you want it gone, email us.
Your rights
Email us and we will export or delete everything tied to your account, normally within 7 days. Deleting your account removes your email, sessions and subscription record; Stripe retains its own billing records as its own legal obligations require.
