- Include what you did and the reference code if an error page gave you one. Those codes appear in our logs.
- Billing and refunds
- Cancel yourself from the billing page at any time. If the service did not do what the site says it does, say so within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.
- Remove my words
- If something you wrote publicly is quoted here and you want it gone, tell us which page. We remove it, no argument.
- A feature you need
- Especially API access, more sources, or a category we do not cover. What gets asked for repeatedly is what gets built.
